采用做孔(kong)洞及(ji)大中小(xiao)型通風(feng)(feng)排(pai)水(shui)管路(lu)的(de)側(ce)壁涂料工藝，它是(shi)充分利用無氣靜電噴(pen)涂機輸(shu)送管來的(de)高壓電建筑外墻(qiang)乳膠漆(qi)，完成量(liang)身定做的(de)噴(pen)管，使建筑外墻(qiang)乳膠漆(qi)霧化(hua)吸入后(hou)簡單變成音響喇叭(ba)形（園椎型、實心(xin)），平滑地(di)噴(pen)在通風(feng)(feng)排(pai)水(shui)管路(lu)內外表，以此進行通風(feng)(feng)排(pai)水(shui)管路(lu)的(de)涂料工藝。 NKP-1型最主(zhu)要(yao)適合于Ф50-Ф300mm的(de)輸(shu)送管道，乳膠漆(qi)粘稠度不(bu)恰(qia)高出80秒（4號福特杯）。假若粉末(mo)涂料動力粘度優于80秒，用加石油醚希(xi)釋。NKP-1型差不(bu)多上不(bu)被管網粗度束縛，但最好的(de)選擇不(bu)短于15米(mi)。
